SHIPPING LOCATIONS

I ship to all locations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

I do not currently offer international shipping. 

PROCESSING

Honeysuckle and Pine signs are made-to-order. This allows me to accommodate your size and color preferences. 

Please allow me 1-2 weeks to make your item(s). 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail.

-You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when the order ships.

-Priority mail shipping time is 1 to 3 days, depending on your location. I ship from Gibsonia, PA.

Orders that are very heavy or are being shipped an extensive distance may be shipped with an alternate shipping service. If this is the case, you will receive notification with the details.

TOTAL PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

A variety of factors influence your total shipping and processing time. Although you may receive your order in as few as 5 days, it may also take up to 17 days.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

When ordering multiple items, you may be initially charged shipping for each item individually. However, I attempt to package multiple item orders within one package to reduce shipping costs. You will be refunded any shipping overage greater than $2.00.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

Would you like to send gifts to multiple addresses? The best way to do this is to place a separate order for each address. This will ensure all of the addresses are correct and that proper shipping charges have been applied.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ISSUES

If you suspect that your item was stolen or delivered to the wrong address, the best way to resolve this is by talking to your neighbors, your postal carrier, and your local post office.

I will also make every effort on my end to ensure that you receive your order.

PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Personalized orders are not returnable. This includes signs that have been customized with names of people or places, zip codes, and specific custom word/phrase orders.

RETURNABLE ORDERS

Any sign that has not been personalized is returnable. Please follow these steps to return an item:

1. Contact me at honeysuckleandpine@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. I will provide you with an address for return delivery.

2. Package the item to avoid damage in the mail, and send back to me within 30 days of original delivery.

3. Upon return of the item in its original condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item within 10 days of receipt. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded, only the price of the item.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

CONDITION OF RETURN

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Please contact honeysuckleandpine@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing an order to cancel it.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are not currently being accepted. 

Honeysuckle and Pine, however, does offer a variety of choices for sign colors and sizes. Please check individual product listings for options. 

SENDING AN ITEM AS A GIFT

If you would like to send an item directly to someone as a gift, please let me know in the “notes” section during checkout. I will include a handwritten note to the recipient in the package. Please tell me exactly what to say on the note! Be sure to include your name on the note.

TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG

I do everything I can to make sure you have an enjoyable customer experience. Please send me an email at honeysuckleandpine@gmail.com within 10 days of your order delivery if there is an issue with your order. I will do what I can to fix it!

PRIVACY POLICY

I will only use your shipping address, billing address, and contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
